Average school vending machines?
I try to get more healthy foods and vending machines in my school. What I want to know is how many snack machines are on an average day? They would be placed in the student center (cafeteria). Thank you! =^_^=
Honestly, I do not know how they would …. but I think your idea is excellent. At my school they bought a machine milk and it was out of milk ALWAYS us continued to drink at all! It was a nice change to see milk on the desktop instead of Pepsi. So, unlike other shows, I think it will still be profitable. Anyway, to answer your question … Assume that everything in your health vending machine for $ 1 and can hold 200 items (I tried to find a site that gave an estimate of how much they can contain, but I could not, thats mine:) So that means you can make $ 200 (but remember to buy healthy snacks and the actual cost of the machine) But thats $ 200 per what? months? day? year? Suppose your school has 2,000 students. And 50% of the buy 1 item per day. Thats $ 1000 per day. If I were you, I would like to know the additional costs with a cost of the machine. The best way to know? Talk to him who is in charge candy vending machines. How many times have they to repopulate? Whats their profit .. Etc. Hope this helps!
